All sales are final. SoldOutTickets.Com does not,
under any circumstances, make exchanges, ticket changes, or refunds
once your order has been placed and confirmed. Please check your
tickets and receipt for event, seat location, date and time of
performance.
SoldOutTickets.Com is not affiliated with any venue, box office,
or promoter. Our tickets are sold in the secondary marketplace,
include a service charge and are usually higher than the price
printed on the ticket.
On-line orders are not final until a confirmation is made by SoldOutTickets.Com
via telephone or e-mail.

Once we confirm your order we guarantee that you will receive
your tickets in time for the event. Your order is considered confirmed
once we process your credit card and verify the availablility
of the tickets. The automated email which is sent to you immediately
following your purchase is NOT a confirmation of your order. When
we confirm your order, we send an additional email including a
copy of your invoice and shipping information.
Availability is subject to change. SoldOutTickets.Com deals with
many different sources and therefore, cannot be sold in real time.
We do our best to keep our web site as current and accurate as
possible. In the event that your tickets are not available, we
usually try to find our customers upgrades at no additional charge.
We will contact you before we make any changes to your order.
Cancelled / Re-scheduled Shows
If an event is cancelled, we will refund your credit card the
full amount of your purchase, less shipping charges. If an event
is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date and new tickets
need not be issued. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting
event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at
the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.
